Apr 12, 2026

The next generation of AJRA athletes continues its journey from the Chattahoochee river to campuses across the country.

The Atlanta Junior Rowing Association proudly celebrated its Class of 2026 Signing Day this past weekend, recognizing a group of dedicated student-athletes who will continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.

Surrounded by teammates, coaches, and family, AJRA’s seniors marked a major milestone, the result of years of early mornings, long training blocks, and an unwavering commitment to the sport of rowing.

From novice beginnings to varsity competition, these athletes have developed into leaders on and off the water. Their journeys are a testament to the power of persistence, and to the support system that surrounds them including teammates pushing each other daily, coaches guiding development, and families providing constant encouragement.

As these seniors prepare to take the next step, they leave behind a lasting impact on the program, setting a standard for those who follow and continuing AJRA’s growing presence in collegiate rowing.

AJRA congratulates the Class of 2026 and looks forward to following their continued success at the next level.
