High School Recreational
Rec Team rowing program is for high school students in 9th through 12th grades who are interested in a low-commitment option for the rowing season. No experience is needed to join our Rec Team, and we generally have a mix of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors each season. Athletes will start the season by building a base level of fitness and learning the basics of the sport and gradually progress to spending more time on the water throughout the fall season.

PRACTICE
DATES: Sep 11, 2025 - Nov 8, 2025

​PREREQUISITES: No previous rowing experience is necessary.
​
SCHEDULE​: Thursdays 5-7 pm and Saturdays 10:30am-12:30 pm
​
​COST: $540
​
Fall practices start after Labor Day, and continue through mid-November. Spring practices begin in late February, and run through mid-May. Both seasons will end with an exhibition event open to friends and family.
