High School Recreational
Rec Team rowing program is for high school students in 9th through 12th grades who are interested in a low-commitment option for the rowing season. No experience is needed to join our Rec Team, and we generally have a mix of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors each season. Athletes will start the season by building a base level of fitness and learning the basics of the sport and gradually progress to spending more time on the water throughout the fall season.

DATES: February 17 2026 – May 16 2026

​LOCATION: AJRA Boathouse, 245 Azalea Drive, Roswell, GA 30075​
​
​PREREQUISITES: Open to High School students. No previous rowing experience is necessary.
​
SCHEDULE​: Thursdays afternoons and Saturday mornings.
​
​COST: $530
​Available spots will be limited to ensure maximum safety and to give all participants adequate time on the water.
