Last Minute End of Year Giving

December 29th, 2014 Posted by Club News 0 thoughts on “Last Minute End of Year Giving”

Year-end giving is a great time for giving. Have you considered giving to AJRA? When you make a gift to AJRA by Dec. 31, you aren’t just making a charitable contribution for this tax year. You are helping to ensure that we maintain the facilities and equipment needed to fulfill our mission of engaging middle and high school students across metro Atlanta in the Olympic sport of rowing.

As a not for profit 501c(3) organization, AJRA does not receive any public funding. Fees each season generally cover our cost of operations and essential equipment while private donations primarily from our rowers and their families help maintain and expand the programs, facilities, and other equipment.

If you would like to make a gift, checks made payable to AJRA can be mailed to Tracy Morton, AJRA Treasurer, PO Box 126, Roswell, GA 30077. To make a contribution by credit card or to transfer stock or securities, contact Tracy at tracytaftmorton@gmail.com or 404-784-6970. Your donation is fully deductible to the extent allowed by law and qualifies for employer matching gift programs, which double your contribution if your company offers that option.

Thanks for your support of AJRA!
